Joseph E. Briggs, MAI
Joseph “Jody” Briggs graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington
where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
Jody is a member of the Appraisal
Institute (MAI), is certified by the State of Texas as a General Real Estate Appraiser, and is a member of the Central Texas
Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Jody served as president of the Central Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute
in 2009. Jody
has 24 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. He has been assocaited
with Appraisal Services, Inc. since 1992. His professional appraisal experience includes valuation of commercial real estate
for various clients, including; commercial banks, insurance companies, municipalities, Federal agencies, estates, REIT's,
and investors. Jody has also given professional testimony in United States Federal Bankruptcy Court.
Jody’s
appraisal expertise includes special purpose properties (religious facilities, restaurants, quick- lubes, convenience stores,
parking structures, golf courses, etc.), multi-family apartment complexes, office buildings, medical building, industrial
manufacturing facilities, retail shopping centers, and residential subdivisions.

Kenneth L. Huffman, MAI
Ken incorporated Appraisal Services, Inc. in
1978 from his original appraisal company called Huffman Real Estate Services, which was established in 1970. He graduated
from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Ken
is Texas State Certified General. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), National Association of Realtors, Texas
Real Estate Broker and HUD approved Appraiser. He has over 30 years experience in the appraisal of residential, apartments,
commercial, office, retail, industrial and special purpose properties. Ken has been an instructor in real estate valuation
at Texas Christian University, Tarrant County Junior College and taught appraisal courses for the greater Fort Worth Association
of Realtors. He is past president of the Central Texas Chapter-Appraisal Institute, the Fort Worth Chapter of the Society
of Real Estate Appraisers, Chapter No. 36 of the International Right-of-Way Association and Fort Worth Executive Association.
He has provided testimony as an expert witness in County Court, State District Court and Federal Court.
Ken's primary
role at Appraisal Services, Inc. is commercial valuation. In addition, Ken provides consultation services to Southland Property
Tax Consultants, Inc.
